Description

This role involves hands-on technical support and testing of hardware systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, flash firmware/OS, and deploy systems to test benches or racks.
• Troubleshoot general system boot and connectivity issues.
• Perform operational testing and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
• Execute tests and collect data while collaborating with Custom CPU engineers.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and updating hardware inventory.

Required Skills

• General hardware assembly and deployment of test systems in an R&D environment.
• Troubleshoot system boot and connectivity issues.
• Deductive and inductive problem solving with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Networking and Linux.
• Experience with Firmware and OS Flashing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of electronics principles.
