What's the Job?

• Lead engineering teams and drive delivery outcomes, including code execution and engineering execution standards.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and demonstrate strong technical credibility with development teams.
• Drive AI / GenAI enablement and adoption, ensuring practical implementation aligned to engineering goals.
• Lead SRE transformation efforts focused on operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Support engineering productivity and SDLC modernization through architecture reviews and technical governance.

What's Needed?

• Engineering technology leadership experience with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Strong executive and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate technical direction into clear plans.
• Hands-on understanding of modern engineering practices, including delivery and engineering execution.
• Experience with architecture reviews and technical governance to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Preferred exposure to AI / GenAI (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot, LLM-powered solutions) and SRE / observability practices
