Description

You will act as a technical liaison to plan, execute, and close projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage countermeasures to address technical challenges and obstacles.
• Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analyze metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
• Gather and analyze reliability data to drive informed decision-making.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive project completion.
• Manage technical documentation, project records, and create informative presentation slides.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of industry experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Miro for project management and visualization.
• Experience with equipment reliability and process improvement.
• Strong technical background to understand and document complex project requirements.
• Ability to run effective team meetings and manage administrative tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event organization to foster team collaboration.
