Description

You will manage and grow strategic, complex key accounts for the IceWarp collaboration solution. You own the sales cycle from executive relationship building to closing large deals with Global 1000 customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell IceWarp products and services directly to strategic, named enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-level contacts and CIOs.
• Execute account strategies to drive software and services revenue within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal technology, implementation, and product development teams to meet complex client requirements.
• Manage large, complex deals involving Global 1000 enterprise customers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to large enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of selling to listed companies and Global 1000 customers.
• Experience managing up to 15 qualified large enterprise accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability in Presales and Enterprise Account Management (EAM).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for building business cases for IT solutions.
• Ability to navigate complex technical and implementation discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with the CIO and executive decision-making processes.
