Description

You will lead the organizational Agile transformation and guide teams through the adoption of Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile transformation process and assess current organizational maturity.
• Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to build competency.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to increase adoption of Agile practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of self-organizing, cross-functional collaboration.
• Mediate conflicts and build alignment between stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and solve complex organizational problems.
• Any Graduate degree.
