Description

You will lead end-to-end assessments for enterprise-scale AI and intelligent automation initiatives for mid-sized clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead C-suite workshops to capture business objectives, automation pain points, and AI ambitions.
• Conduct maturity assessments using TOGAF/SAFe and AI Capability Maturity Models.
• Define end-to-end architectures covering data, application, integration, security, and governance layers.
• Establish reference patterns for LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, agent-based automation, and event-driven microservices.
• Design AI/Automation Centers of Excellence, policy guardrails, and federated governance models.
• Oversee rapid proofs of value to validate technology choices and demonstrate impact.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• 8+ years leading AI, automation, or digital transformation programs in a consulting environment.
• Hands-on architecture for GenAI, LLM fine-tuning/RAG, ML Ops, RPA, event streaming, and API-first integration.
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI & ML, AWS SageMaker, Azure, and GCP.
• Working knowledge of security, data governance, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Experience with TOGAF 9/10, Zachman, SAFe, ITIL 4, or COBIT.
• Ability to build multi-million-dollar business cases and translate executive vision into technology roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Certifications including PMP, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect Professional, or Certified RPA Architect.
