Description

You will provide technical support for enterprise applications in a hybrid environment based in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Java/J2EE and Oracle/SQL environments.
• Manage messaging and data flows using IBM MQ.
• Monitor application health and logs using Splunk and AutoSys.
• Follow SNOW/ITIL processes to manage incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate across the organization to share technical knowledge and coach team members.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of related application support experience.
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Experience with IBM MQ.
• Hands-on use of Splunk and AutoSys.
• Familiarity with SNOW/ITIL processes.
• Experience working within Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience operating in AWS cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Containers including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with IIB and fundamental networking concepts.
• Domain expertise in Finance and Securities.
