Description

You provide Tier 2 support for faculty, staff, and students using the campus ERP system, student portal, and third-party software integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and modify reports using SQL, SSIS, and reporting tools to meet end-user needs.
• Analyze business processes to diagnose problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Support the Director of Enterprise Applications with new project implementations and upgrades.
• Test and document new features and processes within campus enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• Two years of practical experience or combination of education, experience, and training.
• Two-year postsecondary degree in a business or computer-related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with SSIS for data integration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a post-secondary institution.
