You will lead a development team through the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical delivery, code quality, and compliance with governance standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams from initial planning through final deliverable acceptance.
• Direct corrective actions when performance falls below objectives and ensure compliance with project governance.
• Validate project deliverables for accuracy, thoroughness, and completeness.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, issues, and risks to Agency leadership.
• Guide junior developers, promote best practices, and maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years as Technical Lead on large-scale IT projects.
• 10+ years in Azure Cloud Services (AppServices, Functions, DevOps, Storage, AKS).
• 10+ years proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
• 10+ years with RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and serverless computing.
• 10+ years with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• 10+ years with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• 10+ years with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
• 10+ years applying secure coding, RBAC, and compliance frameworks (GDPR/ISO).
• 10+ years with Agile/Scrum practices and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• SAFe Scrum and Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert certifications.
