Description

You will serve as the Technical Lead for an established development team throughout the full project lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight, direction, and consultation to the development team until final acceptance of all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure compliance with agency and Commonwealth project management policies, standards, and governance.
• Review and validate project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain a valid project plan covering scope, tasks, schedules, estimates, and status.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status, issues, and risks to Agency leadership, directing corrective actions when performance falls below established objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Project Management expertise.
• Experience leading development teams through the entire project lifecycle.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, and estimates.
• Experience working within strict governance and compliance frameworks.
• Graduate degree in any field.
