Responsibilities

• Design business architecture models that align with long-term organizational goals and strategies.
• Evaluate internal functions and IT processes to identify and implement structural improvements.
• Audit systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models to detect vulnerabilities.
• Lead digital transformation projects using Azure AI, APIs, React, and .NET.
• Develop compliance architecture methods for data storage, metadata management, and change control.

Required Skills

• 15 years of professional experience in an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of the Microsoft tech stack.
• Proficiency with Azure, .NET, and React.
• Strong experience in API development.
• Proven track record delivering digital transformation projects.
• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data storage and metadata management.
• Background in auditing systems engineering and accounting models.
