Job Responsibilities include:

Provide solution architecture leadership for Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Review and validate technical designs, development solutions, and integration approaches to ensure scalability and system reliability.

Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for new technologies, enhancements, and solution adoption opportunities.

Troubleshoot critical production issues, lead major incident resolution efforts, and ensure business continuity through timely fixes.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring application and system issues.

Develop and support Oracle EBS customizations and integrations using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, BI Publisher, APEX, and REST APIs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS development, architecture, and enterprise application support.

Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules, along with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and REST APIs.

Proven ability to validate technical designs, lead major incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and drive technology adoption through PoCs and solution architecture leadership
