Enterprise Architect

Align business and IT investment decisions with the organization's long-term strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology roadmaps, principles, standards, and best practices across the enterprise.
• Balance current operational demands and disruptions with long-term strategic opportunities.
• Manage architecture design, deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning.
• Provide technology guidance to business and IT leaders to inform investment decisions.
• Lead large, cross-functional teams and influence senior-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT and industry experience, specifically within the retail sector.
• Proven experience with SAP, MS Dynamics, Lawson, Epicor, or Oracle ERP.
• Experience managing e-Commerce and/or supply chain platforms.
• Deep knowledge of holistic enterprise architecture and business re-engineering principles.
• Experience with infrastructure planning, operations, and systems lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage financial models and budgeting.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in user-friendly language.
• Experience working across multiple, diverse technology processing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects.
