Description

You will lead enterprise architecture governance, compliance, and technical strategy for a new manufacturing facility's application ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Align proposed technical solutions with enterprise principles and manufacturing regulations.
• Govern the application ecosystem to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Oversee system architecture for high availability, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture within manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing applications: ERP, MES, SCADA, WMS, and PLM.
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud and manufacturing networking protocols (CPwE, Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware.
• Expertise in manufacturing KPIs (MTTR, uptime, downtime, cycle times, latency).
• Working knowledge of ISA-95, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0, IoT, and Smart Manufacturing solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Practical application of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization methodologies.
