Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations by translating business requirements into complex technical solutions, financial models, and process designs.

Responsibilities

• Design organizational strategies and data models for multiple Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability for large data volumes and privacy needs.
• Construct detailed technical solutions encompassing identity and access management, data integrations, and process optimizations.
• Develop scope documents, risk profiles, remediation plans, and financial models for complex service proposals.
• Compose Statements of Work and technical deliverables specifying technology, staffing, and project management requirements.
• Provide design recommendations, security optimizations, and technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and development.
• Expertise in Apex programming, including triggers, Visualforce pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with no-code configurations, specifically Salesforce Flows.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end technical aspects: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and AppExchange products.
• Experience with release management, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Metadata API and integration services.
• Experience designing solutions for identity, access, and large-scale data privacy.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and participation in daily stand-ups.
• Ability to provide on-call support, including hands-on configuration and development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with developers, network architects, and security analysts within Agile sprints to maintain architectural standards.
• Ability to monitor code changes and enforce technical standards across teams.
