Description

Design and develop IT architecture solutions to solve complex business problems while leading cross-functional, multi-geographical teams to drive technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to meet business needs.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable architectural designs.
• Define and implement technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and architectural patterns using UML.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure microservices architectures.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of industry experience with hands-on development skills.
• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect or in a similar capacity.
• Expertise in designing and implementing AWS and Azure cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks including TOGAF, ADM, and ArchiMate.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of data integration, security, scalability, and performance.
• Ability to use UML for architectural modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance domain.
• Knowledge of EA tools such as Archi or BiZZdesign.
