Design and implement IT architecture solutions to solve complex business problems while leading cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable architectural designs.
• Define and implement technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and patterns using UML.
• Design and implement scalable, secure microservices architectures on AWS and Azure.
• Evaluate and select technologies to meet specific business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect or similar capacity.
• 15+ years of industry experience with hands-on development skills.
• Expertise in designing AWS and Azure cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks: TOGAF, ADM, and ArchiMate.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of data integration, security, scalability, and performance.
• Ability to use UML for architectural modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance domain.
• Knowledge of EA tools such as Archi or BiZZdesign.
