You will lead architecture and strategy for cloud-native platform engineering accelerators and solution blueprints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect reusable, scalable, cloud-native platform engineering accelerators and solution blueprints.
• Lead a 20+ member team of platform engineers, product architects, and specialists in Generative AI, data, and cloud technologies.
• Drive hands-on involvement in architecture design sessions, PoCs, and solution implementations across multi-cloud scenarios.
• Engage with client CTOs and senior stakeholders to present architectural ideas and drive technology thought leadership.
• Shape and sell platform engineering portfolio offerings by refining business problems into purpose-fit technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technology architecture, and technology strategy roles.
• Expertise in cloud architecture across at least two of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of platform engineering principles, including internal developer platforms and DevEx tooling.
• Strong experience with Generative AI, LLM models, and coding assistants, including OpenAI.
• Practical knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, and containerization.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js to review and guide team deliverables.
• Proven experience leading platform or product engineering teams in a global, matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-tech or software-led enterprise domains.
• Background in AI/ML or data engineering use cases within platform build-outs.
