Description

Design and own end-to-end enterprise solutions for Travel & Hospitality clients, defining roadmaps across core systems and modern data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution vision across guest acquisition, booking, in-stay operations, and loyalty.
• Map business capabilities to enterprise systems and design integration patterns including APIs, eventing, and ETL.
• Create solution archetypes for priority scenarios such as CRS modernization and direct booking acceleration.
• Lead executive workshops to translate business goals into sequenced roadmaps and OKRs.
• Own core sales assets and set differentiated value propositions for hotel sub-segments.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years in Travel & Hospitality, with 7+ years focused on hospitality enterprise applications.
• Experience with core systems: Synxis CRS, Ideas RMS, Salesforce, and Oracle.
• Proven track record in designing API-first integrations and event-driven architectures.
• Experience building data platforms and proficiency in ETL processes.
• Experience with GCP, Azure, and AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in CRM implementation and outcome-based pricing models.
