Description

You define and implement the Microsoft 365 strategy, governance policies, and best practices across collaboration tools. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.
• Lead the adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder to automate workflows.
• Implement and manage M365 security features including DLP, Conditional Access, and Defender for Office 365.
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to align productivity solutions with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Familiarity with Azure AD and Intune.
