Description

Design and oversee enterprise architecture for data engineering solutions on AWS, supporting developer teams with hands-on technical guidance and AI/ML proof of concepts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for data engineering pipelines and infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on technical support to development teams, ensuring scalable and robust AWS implementations.
• Lead the creation and evaluation of AI/ML proof of concepts and integration patterns.
• Advise on AI/ML capabilities, patterns, and best practices across the organization.
• Document architectural decisions and ensure alignment with data engineering goals.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software development or architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and data engineering principles.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar technical leadership role.
• 2 to 4 years of working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities, patterns, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Experience supporting teams with AI/ML proof of concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with data science workflows or tools.
• Previous experience in a developer-focused architecture role.
