Description

You will design an architectural landscape that aligns technology with operational outcomes, focusing on security, resiliency, availability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Assess current architectural states and define future-state roadmaps to meet technology objectives.
• Design application technology stacks that support management and risk capabilities.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and estimates to ensure alignment with budgetary, timeline, and system integration requirements.
• Lead globally distributed teams across mainframe, distributed, and cloud technology stacks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading software development teams and solutioning across multiple platforms.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• 2+ years of experience with SOAP/REST Web Services.
• Expertise in Software Architecture and SDLDC.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Cloud platforms including AWS and GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of software development, middleware, and web services.

Preferred Skills

• Modernization experience using the MuleSoft platform.
• Experience in the public sector, Human Services, or Benefits Management.
