Description

You will lead the design and strategy for complex, multi-product solutions from the sales phase through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive thought leadership in sales and solution hand-off to delivery teams.
• Influence senior management on enterprise-level innovation roadmap strategies.
• Develop detailed design specifications, infrastructure diagrams, and system documentation for current, interim, and target states.
• Present architecture solutions to the architecture board for review and tracking.
• Collaborate with development teams, software architects, and business analysts to integrate products and services.
• Lead solutioning for complex RFPs requiring cross-divisional collaboration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT system development, design, and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in Front end/UI architecture and product development.
• 3+ years of experience architecting solutions using microservices, cloud, and data with domain-driven design.
• Proven experience with Java-based microservices and Kafka for event streaming.
• Hands-on experience with both Relational and Non-Relational databases.
• Experience architecting unified digital platforms across web and mobile, including card-based payments, digital banking, core banking, and merchant solutions.
• Background in the financial industry.
• Strong skills in Project Management, Resource Management, and Business Analysis.
• Deep familiarity with hardware, software, and network system functions.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Mainframe experience.
