Design and implement business architecture models to align technical systems with organizational strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal functions, IT processes, and business development strategies to suggest structural improvements.
• Create and implement business architecture models and visions to support long-term organizational goals.
• Audit systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models to identify vulnerabilities or discrepancies.
• Develop methods for compliance architecture, including data storage, metadata management, and change control.
• Provide guidance on systems processing to ensure efficiency, security, and support for business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar architectural role.
• In-depth understanding of the Microsoft tech stack.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation projects using Azure AI and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, React, and APIs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Technical and analytical proficiency in evaluating complex systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
