You will design and implement business architecture models that align IT processes with organizational goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create business architecture models to reflect organizational strategies and implement long-term visions.
• Evaluate internal functions, IT processes, and business development strategies to suggest improvements.
• Develop methods for compliance architecture, including data storage, metadata management, and change control.
• Analyze systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models to identify vulnerabilities or discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar architectural role.
• In-depth understanding of the Microsoft tech stack.
• Experience delivering digital transformation projects using Azure AI.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, React, and .NET.
• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
