Description

You will design and govern the enterprise architecture for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for Salesforce CRM, including Service Cloud, Auto Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
• Architect solutions leveraging GCP services to integrate with Marketing Cloud APIs.
• Own the architectural strategy across both CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Auto Cloud, Sales Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically cloud personalization and cloud marketing.
• Familiarity with GCP service integration patterns.
• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in designing complex system architectures.
