Description

Lead architectural direction and governance for business and IT projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Enterprise and Solution Architects.
• Own architecture governance to ensure solution compliance with established frameworks and targets.
• Develop enterprise architecture continuously to align with business, IT, and Group strategy changes.
• Analyze emerging technologies and innovative ideas for application across the enterprise.
• Create technical artifacts including Application Architecture and Solution Design Documents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development using Java, C/C++, C#, RDBMS, NoSQL, Python, Golang, and Javascript.
• Deep knowledge of Java/J2EE, SOA Web Services (SOAP and REST), ESBs, and Microservices.
• Proficiency with Spring MVC, Hibernate, DAO, and Object Oriented design methodologies/patterns.
• Experience implementing Web Services Security using WS-Security, SAML, Kerberos, LDAP, and ADFS.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools including Git, GitOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Ansible, Grafana, and JIRA.
• Understanding of cloud platform development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data formats (JSON, YAML, XML) and package management (NPM, Yarn).
• Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, and distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, operations, and information security requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Web Technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
