Description

You will design and document large IT systems with heterogeneous technologies and multiple integration points, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business strategy statements, capability maps, value stream maps, and process flows.
• Develop IT policies, standards, and architectural guidance to support enterprise needs.
• Facilitate roadmap planning sessions and create strategic architectural roadmaps.
• Evolve enterprise architecture practices to support agile delivery teams.
• Provide architectural support for migrating large legacy systems to modern platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing IT solutions that adhere to industry standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• 7+ years of experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, including customization for enterprise needs.
• 7+ years of experience facilitating roadmap planning and creating roadmaps.
• 7+ years of experience developing IT policies, standards, and architectural guidance.
• 5+ years of experience with application architecture styles including microservices, event-driven, N-tier, and API management.
• 5+ years of experience with software patterns such as APIs, SOA, and microservices.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS, including hybrid solutions.
• 5+ years of experience using BPMN 2.0 for business process flows.
• 3+ years of experience using ArchiMate to model strategy, business, application, and technology layers.

Preferred Skills

• BIZBOK certification.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or experience.
• Experience providing architectural support for mergers and acquisitions.
