Description

You will serve as the Enterprise Architect, owning the strategic technical direction for infrastructure transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shutdown of existing data centers and manage the transition to LPL’s infrastructure.
• Build migration roadmaps, assess financial impacts, and produce supporting documentation.
• Perform hands-on application analysis to trace network flows and diagnose latency issues.
• Collaborate with network teams to resolve convergence issues between data centers and backbone systems like Kafka.
• Map application dependencies across hybrid environments while leading data center migration efforts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in an architect role.
• Proven experience executing at least one data center migration.
• Deep expertise in both Azure and AWS environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with API Gateways (Kong, DataPower) and Firewalls (Palo Alto, F5).
• Experience working within mixed tech stacks including .NET, Java, and Python.
• Ability to dissect complex systems and evolve from an individual contributor to an architect.
• Experience integrating cloud platforms with infrastructure components like load balancers.
