Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and oversee implementation of IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Ensure legacy enterprise systems are secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
• Provide leadership to the IT team and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and ESXi.
• Hands-on experience with Compute, Servers, and Networking.
• Proficiency in Database management and Active Directory Management.
• Administration of Office 365 and Backup and Recovery protocols.
• Strong understanding of IT availability, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise software systems.
• Proven ability in project management, IT security, and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
