Description

You will design and maintain an enterprise architecture framework integrating cloud solutions, applications, data, and security with a focus on insurance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework across cloud, applications, data, and security domains.
• Establish and enforce enterprise architecture best practices, guiding principles, governance, and standards.
• Collaborate across data, infrastructure, security, and application functions to ensure architectural alignment.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex architectural problems within regulated environments.
• Support roadmap development and drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years in an enterprise architecture role.
• TOGAF certification with hands-on experience applying the standards and approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Business Architecture.
• Proficiency with EA tools such as LeanIX or iServer.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including the strengths and weaknesses of various cloud solution designs.
• Experience with data architecture, data strategy, and application architecture.
• Working knowledge of change management and release management processes.
• Ability to operate within Agile methodologies and ARB/ALM management frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electric and gas utility operations or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in business process analysis and thought leadership.
