Description

You will design and implement complex IT service solutions by aligning business requirements with technical architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute design thinking sessions, client interviews, and user journey mapping to define business requirements.
• Design specific solutions, scope documents, risk profiles, and analytics models to meet targeted outcomes.
• Create designs that conform to reference architectures and adhere to security compliance requirements.
• Synchronize business needs with IT systems and propose technology recommendations aligned to agency standards.
• Prepare proposals and estimates for the design and implementation of IT systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information systems, system integration, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in DevOps and API development.
• Experience with Agile Process Mining and Agile Customer Journey Mapping.
• Proficiency with project and issue tracking systems such as JIRA.
• Ability to manage technical projects and resolve complex issues in decentralized environments.
• Proven experience in implementing prototypes and testing software programs.
• Expertise in preparing detailed deliverables specifying processes, technology, security, and staffing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working effectively in virtual and remote environments.
