Lead digital architecture strategy and technical delivery for large-scale programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and apply enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman to drive end-to-end technology solutions.
• Lead teams of architects, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure technical quality across digital, AI-first, and cloud initiatives.
• Design next-generation UI/UX, API/microservices, data/analytics, and Agentic AI implementations using REST, Node, and containerization.
• Review detailed designs, code, configuration, and data models to provide specific inputs to development teams.
• Conduct rough order of magnitude estimation and determine high-level TCO for large digital transformation programs.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Chief Architect or Digital Architecture Lead in large programs.
• Deep knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle and Lean/Agile development methodologies.
• Technical breadth in UI stacks, functional programming, API/microservices, analytics, cloud, and security.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technology breadth across digital domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or senior technical leadership roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading digital transformation programs with tangible business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CXOs, middle management, and developers at appropriate levels of abstraction.
• Deep expertise in specific areas such as Commerce, CRM, Analytics, or Cloud/SaaS platforms.
