Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-wide digital experience, customer data, and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to develop digital transformation roadmaps and technology vision.
• Design end-to-end enterprise architectures leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AI/ML, and cloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain multi-year architecture roadmaps covering digital, data, AI, and cloud capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready technical solutions.
• Design customer data platforms, identity management, customer profiles, and data governance frameworks.
• Define data ingestion, integration, quality, governance, activation, and personalization architectures.
• Architect AI-enabled customer experiences using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, and model evaluation strategies.
• Recommend and implement cloud-native architectures using API-first, microservices, event-driven, and serverless patterns.
• Design and govern solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution across marketing, product, data, and IT teams.
• Drive architecture governance through review boards, decision forums, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, architecture assessments, and solution design engagements.
• Provide strategic guidance on personalization, customer journey orchestration, next-best-action, and marketing optimization.
• Evaluate architecture options, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital, data, AI, and cloud transformation programs.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data architects, developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Define security, zero-trust, IAM, observability, and reliability standards.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Create reusable architecture templates, accelerators, reference architectures, and best-practice frameworks.
• Mentor architects and consultants on enterprise architecture, AI, cloud, and Adobe Experience Cloud best practices.
• Drive adoption and value realization of Adobe solutions by tracking KPIs, business outcomes, and customer success metrics. Present architecture vision, roadmap, and business value to C-level executives. Coordinate with Adobe teams, client IT teams, business owners, analytics teams, and external partners. Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with enterprise governance standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI trends, cloud innov
