Description

You will serve as an Enterprise Solution Architect leading the definition of best practices, standards, and process improvements for technical infrastructure, application design, coding, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in defining technical standards and process improvements for application design and security.
• Review and document current application architecture to set future enterprise goals.
• Consult with development technical leads, state agencies, and vendors to coordinate large-scale implementations.
• Enforce application security, code standards, deployment processes, and database design.
• Provide technical expertise across all phases of the software development life cycle.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• 9+ years of experience with .NET, ASP.Net, and ASP.Net MVC.
• 9+ years of experience with SQL and Relational Database Management Systems.
• 9+ years of experience in mobile development and evaluating programming languages or frameworks.
• 9+ years of experience in project management and change management.
• 9+ years of experience with SDLC deliverables, including user, system, and acceptance test plans.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• 4+ years of experience with GitHub Enterprise.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic, VB.Net, Visual Studio/Interdev, Web Services, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of IIS, COM+, DB2 Connect, Visual SourceSafe, and Okta.
• Experience with systems analysis and multi-layered object-oriented design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python and Java.
