Design and implement the technical roadmap for data modernization and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop a technical roadmap for data modernization that aligns with organizational vision and priorities.
• Architect scalable and secure data systems for public health surveillance and decision-making.
• Design, document, and implement enterprise architecture structural frameworks to align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Conduct impact analysis studies regarding cloud infrastructure and cloud networking design.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure the effective use of modern data technologies and integrated systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as software developer, systems analyst, or network engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in system design, database management, and networking.
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and cloud services.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity measures and security protocols to protect sensitive data.
• Ability to use modeling and diagramming tools for IT system design.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning and assessing the impact of new technologies.
