You will define the technical strategy and implementation roadmap for enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with agency developers and maintaining strict service-level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and implementation roadmaps for enterprise systems.
• Confirm F5 configurations and suggestions with agency developers for various applications.
• Request and implement necessary application certificates.
• Manage ticket queues in the Remedy Ticketing System to meet SLAs.
• Participate in troubleshooting and design meetings for state applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or related fields.
• Thorough knowledge of F5 modules within the Michigan environment.
• Proficiency with Cloudflare.
• Experience utilizing Issue Tracking Systems, specifically Remedy.
• Ability to manage Service-level Agreement adherence.
• Strong communication skills via telephone and email.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state government application design and troubleshooting.
