Drive the enterprise architectural vision to align technology with core business strategy and lead transformation blueprints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural discussions with CXOs and technical stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps.
• Modernize monolithic Java/J2EE applications into scalable microservices using Domain-Driven Design.
• Design and deploy secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure following the Well-Architected Framework.
• Define integration strategies for legacy systems and enforce cloud-native governance and security best practices.
• Manage database migration strategies, specifically moving from Oracle Exadata to cloud-native databases.

Required Skills

• 20+ years in software architecture and enterprise-level solution design.
• Proven expertise in Java and J2EE ecosystems.
• Strong experience with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of PL/SQL and legacy component modernization.
• Ability to define and drive comprehensive transformation blueprints.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Outsystems, Salesforce, or Altryx.
