Description

Lead the corporate technology architecture strategy and manage the enterprise architect team.

Responsibilities

• Own tactical solutions and strategic architecture in collaboration with enterprise, application, and database architects.
• Direct the defining of all architecture for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to ensure organizational alignment.
• Manage and develop architectural teams, including recruitment, resource allocation, and professional growth.
• Partner with technology leaders to promote common architecture designs, methodologies, standards, and practices.
• Manage, forecast, and approve the enterprise operating budget for architecture and research.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development.
• 6-8 years of experience managing architectural teams.
• Proven experience in supervisory, management, and administrative roles.
• Experience managing department operating budgets and resource allocation.
• Ability to lead recruitment efforts and develop management teams.
• Strong background in Systems Analysis and Program Development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the securities or financial services industry.
