Description

Define and govern enterprise Salesforce architecture, including target state, roadmaps, and integration patterns across business and technology stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise architecture for Salesforce programs, defining target state and governance across business and technology.
• Define and govern integration architecture using API-led and event-driven patterns with middleware like MuleSoft.
• Establish standards for security, identity (OAuth/SSO), data protection, and platform performance.
• Produce architecture artifacts (HLDs, reference architectures) and lead design reviews.
• Mentor architects and developers, validating design choices through PoCs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years overall experience with 5+ years in enterprise/solution architecture.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns and clouds (Service, Experience, Marketing, Data/Financial Services Cloud).
• Strong integration expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce development constructs: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with enterprise DevOps, CI/CD, AutoRabbit, and release governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: Salesforce Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, Application/System Architect (CTA preferred).
• BFSI domain exposure and compliance awareness (PCI/GDPR).
