Description

Define and govern enterprise architecture for Salesforce programs, aligning technical strategy with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the target state architecture, roadmap, and governance for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Define integration architecture using API-led and event-driven patterns across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Establish standards for security, identity (OAuth/SSO), data protection, and platform performance.
• Produce architecture artifacts including HLDs, integration patterns, and decision logs; lead design reviews.
• Mentor architects and developers on architectural standards and validate design choices through PoCs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years overall experience, with 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds: Service, Experience, Marketing, Data, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong integration expertise with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in data modeling and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce development constructs: Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and present architecture decisions to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance tools like AutoRabbit.
• Salesforce certifications: Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility Architect, or Application/System Architect (CTA preferred).
• BFSI domain exposure with awareness of compliance frameworks like PCI and GDPR.
