Design and govern enterprise AI architecture, including reusable prompt libraries, guardrails, and autonomous agent workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture, governance frameworks, and standards for scalable AI solutions.
• Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using GitHub Copilot, integrating agentic workflows into Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought) to enhance AI performance.
• Implement agent orchestration using RAG, LangChain, and vector databases for efficient AI pipelines.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide delivery teams in adopting Copilot-driven SDLC acceleration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture with strong exposure to GenAI and enterprise solution design.
• Proven hands-on experience building autonomous agents using GitHub Copilot.
• Strong expertise in RAG frameworks, specifically LangChain.
• Experience with prompt engineering techniques and vector databases.
• Ability to design cloud-based AI deployments ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions.
