You will design and align IT strategy with organizational business processes and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
Document current, target, and future-state architectures using multiple architectural models.
Define the "as-is", "to-be", and "future" architecture across infrastructure, security, data, and application domains.
Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints that achieve organizational objectives.
Develop roadmaps for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio, including bi-modal operating models.
Provide technical guidance, standards, and principles to support IT investment decisions and strategic vision.
Ensure alignment with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modularity vision and federal standards, including the Medicaid Enterprise Certification Lifecycle (MECL).
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in an Enterprise Architect role.
Experience completing at least four engagements lasting more than three months in an Enterprise Architect role.
Ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of IT governance, operations, and financial modeling for IT investment.
Systems thinking with the ability to manage large-scale architectural interactions.
Strong skills in project and program management planning.
Proven ability in facilitation, negotiation, and servant leadership.
Preferred Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
