Description

Lead enterprise application architecture strategies with a focus on Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Align systems with Medicaid-specific data retention and security standards.
• Integrate cloud-based services with on-premises systems and support disaster recovery solutions.
• Apply MITA and CMS compliance standards to architectural designs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, data, application, and technology domains.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or managing large-scale application systems.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid systems.
• Strong understanding of CMS guidelines and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, application frameworks, and n-tier architecture.
• Experience with data access architecture and enterprise security frameworks.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and manage data governance.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulatory requirements.
• Direct experience with the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) framework.
