Description

You will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide technology strategies to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and principles.
• Establish and maintain architecture governance, patterns, and standards to guide IT initiatives.
• Balance high-level enterprise architecture with practical, actionable solution designs.
• Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to recommend transformations to business models.
• Define governance processes to address risks in resiliency, scalability, security, and technical debt.

Required Skills

• At least 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE or Python for building prototypes and POCs.
• 4+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 3 years in enterprise architecture roles.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in modern architectural patterns such as microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Strong background in data architecture, integration, analytics, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and Design Pattern concepts.
• Ability to design and implement complex solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI implementation.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and observability tools.
