Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts and models to guide technology investment decisions through strategies, roadmaps, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with organizational stakeholders using consultative methods.
• Provide actionable recommendations for investment decisions and implement technology-driven changes.
• Lead discussions regarding the risks and implications of product decisions across the enterprise.
• Translate business architecture and processes into technological decisions to support Product Management teams.
• Balance long-term strategic perspectives with short-term tactical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Information Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• 2+ years of experience in a senior-level position.
• Proven experience modifying TOGAF frameworks to meet organizational needs.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charting, graphing, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating process flow diagrams.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Agile process development and Product Management methodologies.
• Experience working within a Credit Union environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture software tools such as ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management.
