Description

You will design and govern enterprise-scale Azure cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Azure landing zones and cloud adoption frameworks using Microsoft CAF guidelines.
  • Define and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies using Azure Policy, Key Vault, and identity management.
  • Build infrastructure as code solutions using ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to automate resource provisioning.
  • Lead cross-functional architecture initiatives and drive DevOps transformation through CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Architect networking, hybrid connectivity, and disaster recovery strategies for high-availability environments.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with proven Azure cloud design at scale.
  • Deep expertise in Azure services including VMs, App Services, Storage, and Azure SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, RBAC, and Managed Identities for identity and access management.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools: ARM, Bicep, and Terraform.
  • Experience implementing monitoring and logging via Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
  • Strong background in security compliance, encryption standards, and governance framework enforcement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification and Azure Solutions Architect Expert credential.
  • Experience migrating from Government Azure to Commercial Azure or managing large-scale public sector environments.
  • Proven track record in cost optimization, FinOps practices, and multi-cloud strategies.
