You will define enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and standards to guide technology investments and support product teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, models, and frameworks to direct technology decisions.
• Consult with organizational stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations for investment and implementation.
• Lead discussions on risks and implications of product decisions across the enterprise.
• Translate business processes into technological decisions that support Product Management.
• Balance long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Information Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• 2+ years in a senior-level position.
• Proven experience modifying TOGAF frameworks to meet organizational needs.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charting, graphing, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with Agile process development and Product Management methodologies.
• Experience working within a Credit Union environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture software tools such as ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management.
