Description

You will design and maintain the high-level integration architecture between UKG and Oracle HCM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration strategies for seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Manage UKG API upgrades to ensure compatibility and minimal service disruption.
• Optimize Dell Boomi integrations for performance with large data volumes.
• Design error handling, recovery mechanisms, and data transformation mapping strategies.
• Establish integration governance frameworks and manage SLAs for performance expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise with UKG and Oracle HCM integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API design, management, and version upgrades.
• Proven ability in data transformation, mapping, and complex troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data compliance regulations and security best practices.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
