Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java application design and development.
• Deep understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Java frameworks.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based technologies including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
